If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returning Goods

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
  • Other products exempted under applicable EU consumer legislation.
